Juliana’s Day Spa and Salon is owned by Licensed Massage Therapist, Julie Johnson of Jonesboro. Julie began her journey into the Spa World years ago as a cheerleader and gymnast at Arkansas State University. She learned early the importance of incorporating massage therapy into her training regime to avoid muscle pulls, strains, and pain. After graduating from ASU with a Bachelors of Science degree, Julie became the Coordinator of the Wellness Center at Hytrol Conveyor Company in Jonesboro. While at ASU and for her time at Hytrol, Julie also worked as a Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor.

Julie provided a valuable service to the over 1, 500 employees at Hytrol Conveyor for almost six years and loved her job there. While there, Julie continued her education to get her Master’s Degree at ASU and Massage Therapy Degree at the Memphis Tennessee School of Massage.

Julie’s reputation throughout the massage industry in Northeast Arkansas provided her with some unique opportunities. For example, she was one of the few Massage Therapists that Earl Bell trusted to work with all his world-class athletes at ASU, and she also spent time working at the Trim Gym n Jonesboro.

In 2006 Julie opened Juliana’s Day Spa and Salon to meet the needs of Northeast Arkansas’ growing population. She provides the opportunity to local residents have a luxurious day at the Spa, with pampering and services from the area’s top Spa and Salon Professionals.
